ENQUIRIES AND OFFERS
All customers are assigned their own technical team that will promptly and reliably conduct feasibility testing, prepare technical production, manufacture samples, and carry out technical consulting and cost calculations in accordance with the highest quality standards.
Our team of specialists will collaborate with all relevant company divisions to design custom solutions for our customers. FMEA, sample analyses, and process analyses are used as quality control tools.
Purchased components are tested using established procedures. We work primarily with certified suppliers who receive additional qualifications from us. Goods are tested on arrival to ensure the greatest possible safety at a reasonable cost.
We continually improve the skills of our production staff by with special training and introductory programs. We secure our high-quality standards by implementing internal testing, running checks, statistical process control, and regular audits.
All EGSTON wiring systems undergo a final electrical inspection. The functionality of any bought-in complex components used in manufacturing the product, such as display instruments or indicator lamps, is also tested. All tests are carried out in-house.
