Control Technology Design Engineer (m/f)

Respon­si­bil­i­ties
You will work in a team focused on devel­op­ment of Pow­er Hard­ware in the Loop Sys­tems. You design and imple­ment con­trol algo­rithms for our pow­er ampli­fiers. You will devel­op solu­tions based on 3rd Par­ty HIL plat­forms and EGSTON real-time proces­sors.

Edu­ca­tion
Mas­ter or PhD Elec­tri­cal Engi­neer­ing, Infor­mat­ics, Mecha­tron­ics, Elec­tron­ics or equiv­a­lent edu­ca­tion.

Skills
•  Prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in con­trol tech­nol­o­gy
•  Pro­fi­cien­cy in VHDL (Ver­ilog) and Xil­inx Sys­tem Gen­er­a­tor con­sid­ered
•  Deep knowl­edge in Mat­lab and Simulink
•  Prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in bring-up and lab tests with new hard­ware / appli­ca­tions
•  A back­ground work­ing with­in a pow­er elec­tron­ics, motor con­trol or auto­mo­tive envi­ron­ment is a plus
•  Work­ing lan­guage: Eng­lish and/or Ger­man

FPGA Design Engineer Power Electronics (m/f)

Respon­si­bil­i­ties
The FPGA Design Engi­neer will work in a team focused on FPGA Design for Pow­er Elec­tron­ics Devices, Con­trol Algo­rithms, Closed Loops and HIL Solu­tions using VHDL and Xil­inx Sys­tem Gen­er­a­tor.

Edu­ca­tion
TU / FH Infor­mat­ics, Mecha­tron­ics, Elec­tron­ics or equiv­a­lent qual­i­fi­ca­tions.

Skills
•  FPGA Design Back­ground in a Xil­inx envi­ron­ment
•  Pro­fi­cien­cy in VHDL (Ver­ilog) and Xil­inx Sys­tem Gen­er­a­tor con­sid­ered
•  Expe­ri­ence with Zynq or SoC
•  Bring-up and lab tests with new hard­ware / appli­ca­tions
•  Mat­lab and Simulink would be ben­e­fi­cial
•  A back­ground work­ing with­in a Pow­er Elec­tron­ics, Motor Con­trol or Auto­mo­tive envi­ron­ment would be a dis­tinct advan­tage

Project Manager Power Electronics (m/f)

Respon­si­bil­i­ties
The Project Man­ag­er Pow­er Elec­tron­ics will work in an inter­na­tion­al team focused on man­ag­ing cus­tomer projects and R&D projects. Trav­el world­wide up to 5–10%

Edu­ca­tion
•  Degree in Elec­tri­cal Engi­neer­ing, Infor­mat­ics or equiv­a­lent qual­i­fi­ca­tions.
•  Project man­age­ment spe­cif­ic cer­ti­fi­ca­tion or train­ing is a plus

Skills
•  Prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in man­ag­ing cus­tomer projects
•  Prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in com­mu­ni­ca­tion with inter­na­tion­al cus­tomers
•  Must be able to com­mu­ni­cate with all lev­els of employ­ees, man­age­ment and cus­tomers
•  Cus­tomer ser­vice focused
•  Abil­i­ty to mul­ti-task, work­ing inde­pen­dent­ly and with­in a team struc­ture

Respon­si­bil­i­ties
The Sys­tem Engi­neer and Tech­ni­cal Train­er will work in the sys­tem engi­neer­ing team focused on sys­tem instal­la­tion, cus­tomer train­ing and high-lev­el cus­tomer sup­port.

Edu­ca­tion
Bach­e­lor or Mas­ter Elec­tri­cal Engi­neer­ing, Infor­mat­ics, Soft­ware Engi­neer­ing or equiv­a­lent qual­i­fi­ca­tions.

Skills
•  A sol­id foun­da­tion in Mat­lab, Simulink or sim­i­lar sim­u­la­tion tools
•  Expe­ri­ence in numer­i­cal math­e­mat­ics and sim­u­la­tion of elec­tron­ic cir­cuits
•  Pow­er Elec­tron­ics know how is a plus

Respon­si­bil­i­ties
You lead an inter­na­tion­al team focused on devel­op­ment of Pow­er Hard­ware in the Loop solu­tions. The team devel­ops pow­er ampli­fiers, con­trol devices and mea­sure­ment equip­ment. You coor­di­nate all R&D activ­i­ties with our out­sourc­ing part­ners and uni­ver­si­ties. At inter­na­tion­al con­gress­es and trade fairs you rep­re­sent the com­pa­ny.

Edu­ca­tion
Mas­ter or PhD Elec­tri­cal Engi­neer­ing

Skills
•  Prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in the devel­op­ment of com­plex pow­er elec­tron­ics hard­ware
•  Prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in lead­ing and coor­di­nat­ing teams
